Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Please note that weekends and U.S. public holidays are excluded from processing times. Orders received after 5:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship only within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

• Standard Shipping: $5.99 per order

• Expedited Shipping: $12.99 per order

• Free Shipping: Available for orders over $75

All prices are in USD. There are no additional taxes or hidden fees for U.S. deliveries.

Local Delivery & Pickup

Peantrillo does not offer local delivery or in-store pickup at this time. All orders are shipped directly to the address provided at checkout.

Returns, Changes, and Cancellations

If your order arrives damaged, is incorrect, or you need to request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at sales@peantrillo.com. Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement. After this window, we may be unable to cancel or modify the order.
